Scholarship Program

Rekow & Stull Orthodontics Scholarship Program

Dr. Jeri Stull, Dr. Charles Rekow, and Team would like to invite you to participate in the Rekow & Stull Orthodontics Scholarship Program.  The program offers three $1,000 scholarships to graduating seniors from the local area.  This opportunity is available to any student in Campbell, Kenton, Boone, Pendleton, and Bracken counties, as well all patients of Rekow & Stull Orthodontics in Kentucky, Ohio, and Indiana.  Winners will be notified by mid-May to assist in the student’s college decision. 

Applications can be obtained from:
     -   the office of Rekow & Stull Orthodontics
     -   a high school guidance counselor

In order to be eligible for the scholarship, students must submit:

  1. A Rekow & Stull Orthodontics Application form (click here to download. You will need Adobe Reader to view and print the Application)
  2. Their High School transcript and recent SAT I and/or ACT scores
  3. Letters of recommendation from a guidance counselor, teacher and/or high school principal
  4. A personal reference from a non-family member
  5. Any other information which might be helpful or will aid an application
  6. A signed parental consent form 

The deadline for the Rekow & Stull Orthodontics Scholarship Program is March 15.
